Moving to an Apartment
Make sure whether or not the apartment rental fee includes utilities (water, gas, electricity), internet, and trash pick-up.
If you have to open an account for utilities and internet, you can contact Baltimore City Department of Public Works (for water), Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (for gas and electricity--check with the landlord if you need both or just electricity), and Xfinity (for internet).
