    Policy:
    This event is free, and we will arrange transportation and meal for you. If you sign up to join this event and decide not to go, we ask that you send an email to inform us.
    If you don't show up and do not inform us, you are wasting a seat in the car that can be given to someone else. You will not be allowed to join RUF International events anymore.
    ​Agreement to this policy is required to join this event.

If you ride with us, our cars will depart at 11:00 AM from the International House on 2810 N. Calvert St. 
Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.

If you drive your own car, the address of the house where we will meet is: 2501 Rocks Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050.
