Welcome Picnic for all international students, scholars, their spouses and children, Saturday, September 5, 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Monday, September 7 is Labor Day (national holiday). No classes :)
Signing up is required, so that we can handle transportation and prepare enough food.
This event is our annual largest event, we will close this website when we reach maximum capacity. We may close the registration about one week before the event or even earlier. Location is at a private property about 1 hour 20 minute drive from Baltimore.
The cost to attend this event is $10/person (children under 8 years old are not allowed to join this event).
Payment is cash only.
This is a non-refundable cost, but you can give your spot to a friend if you decide to cancel before Tuesday September 1. This is simply a small fee to help our overall expenses including rental bus, rental toilets, boating, dinner meal, and RUF International T-shirts giveaway.

Important Information If you ride with our bus, the bus will depart at 1:00 pm from the International House on 2810 N. Calvert St. Please arrive at 12:50 pm to check in. If you drive your own car, please depart at 1:00 pm. It will take 1 hour and 30 minutes (can be longer) depending on the traffic on the highway 50 (bridge) to Kent Island. There is a toll fee about $3 for EZ Pass or $6 for video toll. The address of the house where we will meet will be emailed to you. Free T-shirt give away at the event.
